You&#39;ll appreciate the gleaming granite counters, large prep island with breakfast bar, stainless appliances, and spacious pantry. The nearby dining set is sided by a wall of natural light-sharing windows. Enjoy nibbles here or through the French doors to the house-length screen porch where you can commune with the Island&#39;s abundant nature while savoring bites or your first cup of joe. Back inside, the living space is brightened by its two stories of windows. It&#39;s a great spot to share family games, movies, conversation and snuggles.<br />

Down the hall you&#39;ll find both a corner Queen bedroom and a corner Twin bedroom that share a full hall bath. The laundry is also located there. Upstairs, the bright, airy King Owners suite boasts two closets and a pampering ensuite. There&#39;s also a sleeping alcove, with a Double, on this level.<br />

Decorated with tasteful beach details and offering a convenient back alley for access to your garage and your two 4-seater carts and providing access to WWP&#39;s 24/7 Property Manager Assistance Line-which means you can reach needed help even after hours or on weekends, Reel Life could make your BHI stays &quot;Reely&quot; fine!&nbsp;An additional $300 nonrefundable pet fee is required if bringing along a dog. This home only has membership to the Shoal&#39;s Club, there is no membership to the BHI Club.<br />

IMPORTANT NOTE ON CLUBS: Both clubs are independent fr om WWP or any WWP properties. As such, all arrangements for temporary memberships must be handled by renters directly with the Clubs.
