Property Description

Heceta Haven , started out as a 1 room Cabin in 1945. It's been added onto and remodeled over the years, and is now a spacious 1200 square foot house, that sleeps 8. It's the last house on a short, dead end street in one of Heceta Beach's original neighborhoods. It has an ocean view and is only a 2 minute walk down a wooded trail that you access right from the front yard. Entering the front door, into the dining room-kitchen which has open beamed ceilings and a great view from the dining room table. There's a bar with chairs, for the kids to play games or do craft projects. The galley kitchen has an apartment sized electric range and dishwasher, and a frost free refrigerator and is well stocked with all the things you'll need for a family gathering. There is a bathroom with shower stall as well off the main area Off of both sides of this area, you'll find a sitting room, and then a bedroom. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds. The sitting rooms both have bi-fold doors, and both have full size fold flat sofas. The master bedroom has its own bath and a shower-tub combo and a 32 inch Roku TV. Off the back of the house is a large family room, a peek of a view and a door to the backyard, and deck. With the two overstuffed chairs, a large rocking chair, the sofa, the glider rocker, and the 32 inch LCD TV, there's room for the whole family to gather and enjoy a movie from the collection provided or watch a movie on Netflix. There is also a Sony stereo with CD Player. You'll also find an electric fireplace. The home can accommodate a total of 8 people in the 4 separate sleeping areas. The home has 3 TVs, 1 VCR's, 2 DVD players and 3 Roku streaming internet TV players, telephone with unlimited nationwide long distance, stereo, high speed wi-fi and an apartment sized stack washer-dryer. Heceta Haven , has parking in front and in back so can accommodate smaller ATV & Boat Trailers. Enjoy the sound of the surf and watch blazing sunsets of orange & gold. For those of you who have visited us in the past. In December of 2014 we replaced the sofa-sleeper in the bonus room with a new fold flat sofa. In 2016 we replaced the range & refrigerator with new ones. November 2017 we purchased a made in Oregon Stanton Sofa for the family room, along with new pots & pans cooking utensils, lampshades, and bedding. In the spring of 2018 new carpet was installed in both bedrooms and new solid surface flooring was added in the rest of the house. Interior & exterior painting has been completed as well. A new dining room table was purchased which is comfortable and spacious
