1 Bayberry Drive - This Island Park house features five bedrooms and four baths on two levels. Downstairs there's a king bed in the back bedroom, and a double and a single in the street side bedroom. Upstairs, the back bedroom has a king bed, and the two street side ones have a queen in each. The downstairs bedroom with the king bed has a private bathroom with a shower only (no tub). There's another bathroom downstairs which opens to the hallway, and this has a tub/shower combo. The upstairs bathroom, which also opens to the hallway has a shower only (no tub). Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, hot and cold water enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, blender, iron/ironing board, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, five TVs, and unsecured Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight, and there are two additional chairs at the bar. This house is located almost across from the Seabrook and Schooner Street pool, and a short walk from the beach access. This house has keyless entry. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads., but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. There's a golf cart outlet under the electrical panel. Ground level storage is for owner's use only.ALL PROPERTIES ARE NON SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
