There's a boat dock if you want to bring your boat, or just sit and fish. The yard is fenced in for your peace of mind if you have little ones. This house is located on a direct beach access street, approximately 400' from the ocean. There's a gas grill on the premisses, and guests are welcome to use it, however, guest will be responsible for propane. This house has keyless entry.This house rents on a weekly basis only.
