On the main level there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two ocean side bedrooms have a queen bed in one bedroom and a king in the other. The two street side bedrooms have a double and a single bed in each. The dining room table seats eight, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Amenities include central heat and air on the main level, (ground level bedroom has window A/C), washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, ceiling fans, iron/ironing board, and secured Wi-Fi. This property does not provide cable service, but there are three Smart TVs (one in living room, one in downstairs bedroom, and one in upstairs bedroom) for Streaming with guest's own accounts. The comfortable rockers on the ocean side porch invite you to sit and enjoy the ocean breezes.This house has keyless entry. This house does not have a golf cart outlet. *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
