This hilltop beauty is located just off of Highway 54 on the 3rd tier of the Cedar Heights complex located in the beautiful Camdenton area of Lake of the Ozarks! However, the view is stunning!

This 3-bedroom, 2 bath unit features an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, complete with everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Dining room features 4 chairs with an additional bench located in the master closet. Living room features a 50" TV and electric fireplace. Step out onto the screened deck to enjoy the conversation area, as well as a dining table and 22" flattop electric Blackstone grill.

The master bedroom features a King size bed, ceiling fan, TV, access to the deck and private bathroom with tub/shower and double sinks. Guest bedroom 2 features a Queen bed, ceiling fan and private access to the guest bathroom in the hallway. It also has a tub/shower combo. Guest bedroom 3 features 2 twin beds and a ceiling fan. There is full sized washer & dryer in the hallway for your use. This unit will sleep up to 8 guests with the inclusion of the sofa sleeper in the living room.

This unit is located right next to one of the 3 outdoor pools at the complex. Parking is located in the center of this complex and guests are not permitted to park in front of the building.

Cedar Heights is a gated community and close to a number of restaurant choices, grocery stores and souvenir shops. Home to the annual spring Dogwood Festival and located about 15 minutes from Big Surf Water Park and 10 minutes from Ballparks National or the nationally recognized Ha Ha Tonka State Park.
